The invention discloses an anti-aging super-hardness artificial quartz stone plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The artificial quartz stone plate comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-90 parts of 6-80-mesh calcined quartz stone, 30-70 parts of 325-mesh quartz powder, 5-15 parts of glass cullet, 5-10 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 0.1-2 parts of an antioxidant, 0.3-2 parts of a silane coupling agent, 0.3-2 parts of a curing agent and 0.1-1 part of pigment. Due to adoption of calcined quartz stone, the hardness of the artificial quartz stone plate is improved, so that the quartz stone plate is wear-resistant and difficult to scratch; and meanwhile, the antioxidant is added into the preparation process, so that the aging resistance of the artificial quartz stone plate is improved.
