The invention discloses an antibacterial super-hardness artificial quartz stone plate as well as a preparation method and application of the antibacterial super-hardness artificial quartz stone plate. The method comprises the following steps: spraying a layer of glacial acetic acid solution containing fluorine-containing alkali calcium silica powder and magnesite powder on the surface of a quartz stone plate semi-finished product; wherein the amount of the glacial acetic acid solution sprayed on the quartz stone plate semi-finished product is 1-3g/m < 2 >; the quartz stone plate semi-finished product is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 75 to 85 parts of quartz powder, 15 to 25 parts of ammonium chloride, 1.75 to 2.25 parts of fly ash, 0.375 to 0.625 part of alkali-resistant glass fiber, 1 to 1.5 parts of polypropylene fiber, 0.75 to 1.25 parts of emulsion and 1 to 1.5 parts of tert-butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate; wherein the particle size of the quartz powder is 350-450 meshes. The antibacterial effect and hardness of the quartzite plate can be improved.
