The invention discloses a flame-retardant thermal insulation material. The flame-retardant thermal insulation material comprises the following components by in percentage by weight: 40-50% of white hollow microsphere, 3-5% of oyster powder, 10-15% of centrifugal glass fiber, 15-20% of asbestos wool, 15-20% of bentonite, 3-5% of polyacrylamide, 5% of a penetrant, 0.1-0.3% of a tombarthite additive, 5-10% of pearl powder coal ash, and 5% of rock wool. According to the invention, the oyster powder is added to absorb poisonous and harmful substances in air; the adopted white hollow microsphere is a waste recycle product, and has high refractoriness; the adopted centrifugal glass fiber has the excellent thermal insulation and flame-retardant effect.
