The environment-friendly heat-insulating material comprises the components in percentage by mass: 40-50% of perlite, 3-5% of oyster powder, 10-15% of aluminum silicate fiber cotton, 15-20% of asbestos wool, 15-20% of bentonite, 3-5% of polyacrylamide, 5% of a penetrating agent, 0.1-0.3% of a rare earth additive, 5-10% of pearl powder coal ash, and 5% of rock wool. The oyster powder is added, so that the environment-friendly heat-insulating material can have the function of absorbing toxic and hazardous substances in air. The used aluminum silicate fiber cotton is zirconia ceramic fiber cotton, so that the heat insulation effect is better. The rare earth additive is a high activity rare earth biomaterial, and is organic rare earth synthetized by a complicated technique based on the rare earth material, so that the environment-friendly heat-insulating material is resistant to the adsorption and the fixation of soil.
