The invention discloses an environment-friendly heat-insulating building energy-saving heat-insulating material and a preparation method thereof. Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of Portland cement, 10-20 parts of lightweight aggregate, 5-10 parts of zeolite powder, 5-10 parts of thermal expansion particles, 5-10 parts of perlite powder, 2-5 parts of water glass, 1-3 parts of a modified polymer, 1-3 parts of paraffin microspheres, 0.5-2 parts of an organic foaming agent, carbon fiber cloth, a short fiber reinforcing material and water. Most of the materials used in the scheme are harmless and environment-friendly materials, for example, zeolite powder, perlite powder, paraffin microspheres and the like are natural harmless materials, and meanwhile, the used materials such as lightweight aggregate, thermal expansion particles, carbon fiber cloth and the like have good heat insulation performance, so that transmission of internal and external temperature of a building can be effectively reduced, and the heat insulation performance of the building is improved. Therefore, transmission of temperature inside and outside the building can be reduced.
