Pressure-resistant heat-resistant ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a pressure-resistant heat-resistant ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The pressure-resistant heat-resistant ceramic material comprises 8-18 parts of barium oxide, 13-20 parts of calcium oxide, 7-13 parts of chromic oxide, 17-33 parts of aluminum oxide, 9-15 parts of vanadium silicide, 3-7 parts of hafnium carbide and 2-6 parts of zirconium boride. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) material mixing: starting a mixing machine, and uniformly mixing the materials: (2) material ball milling: after uniformly mixing, carrying out ball milling on the powder material in the step (1) with a ball mill; (3) high-temperature sintering: sintering treatment on the uniformly mixed ceramic material powder in a high-temperature sintering furnace: putting the powder material into the high-temperature sintering furnace, heating to 700-740 DEG C, keeping the temperature constant for 3 hours, heating to 1030-1090 DEG C, keeping the temperature constant to perform sintering for 4 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the pressure-resistant heat-resistant ceramic material.
