Composite metal ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a composite metal ceramic material and a preparation method of the composite metal ceramic material. The composite metal ceramic material comprises 14-22 parts of silicon dioxide, 11-17 parts of aluminum oxide, 6-12 parts of zirconium dioxide, 5-10 parts of tricalcium silicate, 3-8 parts of silicon carbide, 2-6 parts of niobium silicide and 3-7 parts of titanium nitride. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) pulverizing all materials; (2) performing ball-milling on the powder material obtained in the step (1) by using a ball mill for 3 hours at the rotation speed of 200 rpm according to the ball-to-powder weight ratio of 35:1-45:1; and (3) sintering the metal ceramic material powder which is uniformly mixed and obtained by ball milling in the step (2) at a high temperature; raising the temperature of a high-temperature sintering furnace to 1,360-1,420 DEG C and keeping for 2 hours, raising the temperature again to 1,750-1,800 DEG C and keeping for 2 hours again, and cooling to obtain the prepared composite metal ceramic material.
