Processing method for striped ceramic utensil
The invention discloses a processing method for a striped ceramic utensil. The processing method comprises the following steps: (1), slitting: ceramic paste is slit into thumb-sized blocky structures and pressed to the thickness of 5-6 cm; (2), clay bar preparation: each paste block is cut into square clay bars; (3) clay strip preparation: the clay bars are twisted into clay strips with the size of 0.5-5 cm; (4), storage: the clay strips are sealed by a seal disc box or plastic film for storage; (5), the inside or outside of the striped ceramic utensil requiring processing is turned and produced into special plaster model and placed on a rotatable wheel disc; (6), utensil blank forming: the clay strips are coiled on the plaster model one by one, the clay strips are connected end to end through pinching until the whole plaster model is striped, and the utensil blank is formed; (7), trimming: the striped utensil blank is placed for primary drying and subjected to sizing or scraping and blank repairing for surface trimming until the utensil blank is sculptured to meet the standard; and (8), drying: the utensil blank is dried until the utensil blank can be sintered into a ceramic product.
