High-density thermal-shock-resistant refractory castable for hot metal ladle
The invention discloses a high-density thermal-shock-resistant refractory castable for a hot metal ladle. The refractory castable is prepared from a base material and an additive, wherein the base material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 50 to 75% of alumina-magnesia spinel, 10 to 20% of emery powder, 1 to 10% of active spinel powder, 1 to 20% of fused magnesite fine powder, 1 to 7% of silica powder, and 2 to 4% of active magnesia-alumina colloid; the additive is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 1 to 3% of a sodium lignin sulfonate water reducing agent, 1 to 2% of organic fibers, 1 to 2% of silicon hydroxide powder, and 2 to 3% of sodium hexametaphosphate; the sum of all components in percentage by mass is 100%. The refractory castable has the advantages that the thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance can be improved, the percolation control effect is good, the filling capacity and sinterability are improved, the density is improved, the porosity is reduced, and the strength is improved; in addition, the components which are difficultly wetted with molten slag are introduced, so that slag attack can be reduced.
