The invention discloses an anti-sticking device for a double-steel-wheel road roller. The anti-sticking device comprises an oil storage tank, a heating type water storage tank, an oil water emulsion mixing box, a conveying pipeline and an emulsion spraying and smearing device, wherein the oil storage tank, the water storage tank, and spraying pipes are connected with the oil water emulsion mixing box through the conveying pipeline with flow control valves; a temperature sensor, a engine cooling water box and a heater are arranged on the water storage box; an emulsion smearing plate formed by a mud scraping plate is arranged at each of the front steel wheel and the rear steel wheel. According to the anti-sticking device for the double-steel-wheel road roller, the emulsion heating device is adopted, so that a cooling effect of the anti-sticking emulsion to hot mixed asphalt can be reduced, and the bituminous pavement compaction quality can be improved; compared with a pure-oil anti-sticking emulsion, the mixed emulsion with an oil-water ratio of 1 to 3, provided by the anti-sticking device, can reduce the cost while ensuring the anti-sticking effect; compared with the manner that pure water spraying is adopted for reducing the temperature of the steel wheels to resist adhesion, the bituminous pavement compaction quality can be obviously improved. Compared with a conventional manually oil coating method, the mechanical spraying and smearing can be uniform, the manpower is reduced, and the safety of site construction can be improved.
