Intelligent control rubber wheel road roller anti-sticking system
The invention relates to an intelligent control rubber-tired road roller anti-sticking system which is mounted on a rubber-tired road roller and comprises two spraying parts, a temperature measuring device and a controller, the two spraying components are respectively mounted above a front rubber wheel and a rear rubber wheel of the rubber wheel road roller; a temperature measuring device is mounted on the machine body above each rubber wheel and is used for measuring the temperature of each rubber wheel; the controller is electrically connected with each temperature measuring device and each electromagnetic valve, and the controller is used for controlling the electromagnetic valves so as to control spraying of the separant to the rubber wheels; the controller comprises a control module; and the control module is configured to receive a rubber wheel temperature signal detected by each temperature measuring device, and when the temperature is greater than 80-100 DEG C or the temperature is greater than the asphalt temperature, the electromagnetic valves corresponding to the temperature measuring devices are controlled to be closed. The flow of the separant is controlled through the controller, the temperature measuring device and the electromagnetic valve, when the rubber wheel is not stuck to the wheel, spraying of the separant is stopped, the separant waste is reduced, and the cost is saved.
本发明涉及智能控制胶轮压路机防粘系统,安装在胶轮压路机上,包括两个喷洒部件、测温装置和控制器;两个喷洒部件分别安装在胶轮压路机的前胶轮和后胶轮的斜上方;每个胶轮上方在机身上均安装有一个测温装置,分别对每个胶轮进行测温;控制器与每个测温装置和每个电磁阀电性连接,其中控制器用于控制电磁阀,从而控制对胶轮喷洒隔离剂;控制器包括控制模块;所述控制模块被配置为:接收每个测温装置检测的胶轮温度信号,当温度大于80℃~100℃时或温度大于沥青温度时,控制测温装置所对应的电磁阀闭合。本发明通过控制器、测温装置和电磁阀,对隔离剂流量进行控制,当胶轮不粘轮时,停止喷洒隔离剂,减少浪费隔离剂,节省成本。
