The invention provides a water permeable pavement cleaning vehicle. The cleaning vehicle mainly comprises a chassis (1), a water pump (2), a suction port (4), a clean water bin (5), a suction port conduit (6), a sewage bin (7) and a fan (8). The cleaning vehicle is characterized by further comprising a transfer case (3), wherein the power input end of the transfer case (3) is connected on the engine of the chassis (1), and a power output end of the transfer case is connected on a drive axle behind the chassis; the transfer case (3) is respectively connected with the fan (8) and the water pump (2); the water inlet of the water pump (2) is connected with the clean water bin (5), the water outlet of the water pump (2) is connected with a nozzle in the suction port (4); the air inlet of the fan (8) is connected with the sewage bin (7); the suction port (4) and the sewage bin (7) are connected by virtue of the suction port conduit (6). When the cleaning vehicle works, the ground is washed by high-pressure water, sand in the permeable stratum is diluted into muddy water by water, and a high-flow high-negative-pressure fan is used for pumping surface sewage and deep muddy water in the permeable stratum into the sewage bin by virtue of a sucker, so that the aim of washing the permeable stratum can be achieved. The cleaning vehicle is used for washing the water permeable asphalt pavement to solve the problems of sewage residues and incomplete cleaning, and belongs to the cleaning equipment class of the environment-protecting field.
