The invention discloses a low pile cap type flood control wall. The low pile cap type flood control wall comprises a wall and a plurality of pile foundations, wherein the pile foundations are positioned on the lower side of the wall; the wall comprises a wall body and a bottom plate; the two sides of the wall body are a beach side and a near water side respectively; the bottom plate comprises a toe plate and a heel plate; the toe plate and the heel plate are both connected with the lower end part of the wall body; the toe plate is distributed on the beach side of the wall body; the heel plate comprises a heel plate body part and a pile foundation connection part; the heel plate body part extends downwards slantwise from the lower end part of the wall body along the near water side of the wall body; the upper surface of the heel plate body part is overlapped with a planned riverbed mud level line on the near water side of the wall body; the pile foundation connection part is positioned on the lower end part of the heel plate body part and extends downwards vertically; the pile foundations are fixedly connected to the lower end face of the toe plate and the lower end face of the pile foundation connection part respectively. The flood control wall has the advantages of small occupied land area, lightness, attractive appearance, strong anti-sliding and anti-impact capacity, capability of effectively preventing the lower part of the bottom plate from being hollowed out and the like, and also has the advantage of wide actual application range.
