The pipe foundation can serve as a pile foundation of a low-pile cap structure or a high-pile cap structure. The upper portion of the pile foundation is fixedly connected with a pile cap and can bear acting force of upper loads. The pile foundation is large in flexural rigidity of the cross section, large in side friction resistance, capable of saving materials, simple in technology, small in soil compaction effect, capable of being widely used for foundations of the flood control wall, and high in practicability.
