The invention relates to a cofferdam structure with soft soil filling and vacuum consolidation combined. The cofferdam structure comprises air exhaust and drainage pipe networks paved on the original mud surface; each pipe network is filled with large-size mud bags; the mud bags are vacuumized, and then the processes above are repeated in sequence till the mud bags on the topmost layer are constructed. When the soil consolidation degrees in the mud bags meet the design requirements, vacuum pumps on the pipe networks are closed; when the solid consolidation degrees of all the mud bags meet the design requirements, the vacuum pumps on the pipe networks are closed; the vacuum pumps are sequentially closed till the vacuum pump on the pipe network of the topmost layer is closed, and then the cofferdam structure is finished. The cofferdam structure is characterized in that air exhaust and drainage pipe networks and the mud bags are arranged in a staggered layering manner. Soft soil in the mud bags is fast consolidated under the combined action of gravity pressure and vacuum loading to form a structure body with certain strength. The cofferdam structure has the characteristics that local materials can be used, is economic and environment-friendly and is fast to form.
