Vacuum pre-pressing processing method using duplex draining plate
The invention relates to a vacuum pre-pressing processing method using a duplex draining plate. The method comprises the steps of (1) filling and building a cofferdam, performing hydraulic reclamation for soft soil, and paving a geotechnical cloth; (2) inserting the duplex draining plate, namely, vertically inserting one end of the duplex draining plate into sludge in a sealed ditch, wherein the inserting depth meets that the irregular opening part of a pressure pipe extends 50cm in the sludge; fixing an opening of the pressure pipe; (3) sealing the sealing ditch through a pressing film; (4) testing a shaft at a low pressure; (5) examining the sealing condition of the sealing film, observing the draining condition of the pressure pipe, preventing the sealing film from air leakage and a connecting pipe from being blocked, gradually increasing the covering water height of the sealing film and pumping rate; (6) draining the covering water on the film, inspecting the quality, and stopping pumping to unload. With the adoption of the method, the efficiency of transmitting vacuum pressure to the soil under vacuum negative pressure is increased, the uniformity of processing solidifying soil processing effect in the effective solidifying depth is ensured, and the construction cost and the construction period of a project are greatly reduced.
