The invention discloses a water separation guide pipe pile driving device for offshore drilling. The device comprises a module drilling machine, a pile driving hammer, a lifting and clamping part, water separation guide pipes and water separation guide pipe pile driving shoes, wherein the pile driving hammer and the lifting and clamping part are mounted on the module drilling machine; each water separation guide pipe comprises a joint for connecting other water separation guide pipes; each water separation guide pipe pile driving shoe is connected to the headmost end of the corresponding water separation guide pipe. In the water separation guide pipe pile driving device for the offshore drilling, the module drilling machine is adopted for replacing floating crane pile driving equipment which is expensive in operation cost, thereby achieving better economic benefits.
