Pile sinking method for offshore pipe pile
The invention discloses a pile sinking method for an offshore tubular pile. The pile sinking method comprises the steps that the tubular pile with an auxiliary positioning section is formed; the positioning frame is fixed to the ship board of the floating crane ship, and a pile embracing mechanism is arranged at a pipe pile positioning opening; the pile sinking position is determined through a positioning system; hoisting equipment of the floating crane ship is used for hoisting the tubular pile, and the tubular pile is inserted into the tubular pile positioning opening; real-time weight data of the hoisting equipment are obtained, the pipe pile is lowered along the pipe pile positioning opening, and lowering is stopped until the real-time weight data begin to be reduced; the perpendicularity of the pipe pile is measured, and the perpendicularity of the pipe pile is adjusted to a preset range through a pile holding mechanism; the pipe pile continues to be put down along the pipe pile positioning opening till the real-time weight data is zero, and then putting down is stopped; a hydraulic hammer is used for sinking the pipe pile to a preset elevation position; and cutting and separating the auxiliary positioning section from the body of the pipe pile. According to the technical scheme, the requirement for the flatness of a construction site is low, the application range is wide, and the investment cost of needed equipment is low.
本发明公开一种海上管桩的沉桩方法,包括:形成具有辅助定位段的管桩;将定位架固定于浮吊船的船舷,在管桩定位口设置抱桩机构;利用定位系统确定沉桩的位置;利用浮吊船的起吊设备将管桩吊起,并使管桩插入管桩定位口;获取起吊设备的实时持重数据,并将管桩沿着管桩定位口下放,直至实时持重数据开始变小,则停止下放;测量管桩的垂直度,利用抱桩机构调整管桩的垂直度至预设范围;继续将管桩沿着管桩定位口下放,直至实时持重数据为零后停止下放;利用液压锤使管桩沉桩至预设标高位置;将辅助定位段与管桩的本体切割分离。本发明的技术方案对施工场地的平整度要求较低,适用范围广,所需使用的设备投入成本低。
