The cement-soil mixing pile device is reconstructed and optimized on the basis of an original cement-soil mixing pile machine and comprises a hold hoop, a blade, a drilling rod, a drilling head, an upper slurry spraying opening, a lower slurry spraying opening, an air control valve, a slurry inlet pipe I, a slurry inlet pipe II and a slurry inlet pipe III, wherein the slurry inlet pipe I, the slurry inlet pipe II and the slurry inlet pipe III are communicated to the lower slurry spraying opening, an inner hole of the drilling rod is directly communicated with the upper slurry spraying opening, a water inlet slurry opening of the air control valve is communicated with the slurry inlet pipe I when the drilling rod drills downwards and is communicated with the lower slurry spraying opening by the slurry inlet pipe II and the slurry inlet pipe III in sequence, the water inlet slurry opening of the air control valve is communicated with the inner hole of the drilling rod when the drilling rod is lifted, and the upper slurry spraying opening is used for spraying slurry. Compared with the prior art, the cement-soil mixing pile device and the operation method of the cement-soil mixing pile device, disclosed by the invention, have the advantages that the mixing is uniform, the mixing efficiency is high, the cost is low, the efficiency is high, the working period is shortened, and the like.
