Intelligent operation method for cement-soil mixing pile
The invention relates to an intelligent operation method for a cement-soil mixing pile. The intelligent operation method comprises the steps that firstly, the depth of a bearing stratum of a construction site is determined through a static sounding method, the accurate construction pile length is finally given according to the determined top face elevation and bottom face elevation of the bearing stratum, wherein the depth of the mixing pile entering the bearing stratum is 0.5-1.0 m; then depth control parameters of a mixing pile machine drilling bit entering the bearing stratum are determined; and finally, a confirmed current value and tension value entering the bearing stratum and a tension and current limit value exceeding a rated current serve as automatic control construction pile length parameters and are input into an intelligent control program, and intelligent drilling construction of the cement-soil mixing pile is carried out. Bidirectional mixing, intelligent operation, remote monitoring and management technologies are mainly applied to cement-soil mixing pile construction, so that the construction quality is greatly improved, and the construction cost is reduced. On-site construction control parameters are monitored in real time, and violation operation and special conditions can be remotely controlled.
