The invention discloses a composite structure pile foundation applied to a karst area. The composite structure pile foundation comprises an upper pile section and a lower pile section and is characterized in that the upper pile section is a concrete tubular pile; the lower pile section is a reinforced concrete filled pile and penetrates through a karst cave in a rock layer; the upper end of the lower pile section stretches into the upper pile section to form the composite structure pile foundation. Compared with the prior art, the composite structure pile foundation has the advantages and effects that the upper pile section body is the concrete tubular pile and can be used as a protection cylinder of the lower filled pile section during construction; the cost of the steel protection cylinder in the conventional method in the prior art can be saved; a reinforcement cage and concrete of the lower filled pile section stretches into the upper tubular pile by a proper length, so that the upper section and the lower section are combined to be an integrated pile body and are jointly stressed; the composite structure pile foundation is convenient and quick to construct.
