The invention provides a pile foundation structure of a large cavity karst area. The pile foundation structure comprises a plurality of outer-layer pile bodies which are coaxially overlapped, the grout conveying pipelines are arranged on the outer-layer pile bodies and comprise annular pipes arranged in the outer-layer pile bodies and grouting pipes connected with the annular pipes, the two ends of each annular pipe are open to form a grout conveying channel used for conveying grout, and a plurality of grout outlet pipes penetrating to the grout conveying channel are arranged on the peripheral side of each annular pipe; the two ends of the annular pipe and the slurry outlet pipes penetrate through the outer-layer pile body. And the grouting pipe penetrates through the grouting pipe and is used for feeding grout into the grouting pipe. The prefabricated outer-layer pile body does not need to sink a reinforcement cage on site, so that the site workload is reduced, and site management is facilitated; and secondly, a two-layer pile casing is not needed, the influence of the construction of the two-layer pile casing on the pile forming quality is avoided, so that the construction difficulty is reduced, the construction quality is ensured, the outer-layer pile body can also be suitable for the working condition of a multi-layer dissolved cavity, and the applicability is wider.
