The invention relates to an organic heat insulation composite which comprises a polyurethane hard board and a heat insulation mortar layer, wherein the heat insulation mortar layer comprises a mortar layer part, a plurality of hollow tube banks arranged in the mortar layer in an arrayed manner, and heat insulation cotton filled in the hollow tube banks, the heat insulation mortar layer is arranged on the polyurethane hard board, and glass fiber cloth is arranged on the surface of the heat insulation mortar layer. According to the organic heat insulation composite, with the adoption of the design, a fire prevention level can be raised, and a heat insulation effect is good.
