The invention relates to a non-dismantling heat-insulation form board cast-in-place fixing piece, and belongs to the field of building materials. The non-dismantling heat-insulation form board cast-in-place fixing piece comprises an elongated fixing piece main body, wherein only transverse grooves are uniformly distributed in one side of the fixing piece main body or the transverse grooves and vertical grooves are uniformly distributed in one side of the fixing piece main body; one side of the fixing piece is divided into a plurality of grids through the transverse grooves and/or the vertical grooves; and the grids are used for supporting a heat-insulation plate. The non-dismantling heat-insulation form board cast-in-place fixing piece cannot move in concrete pouring; the transverse grooves and the vertical grooves are used for clamping a steel wire flat net so that the steel wire flat net cannot be damaged; the transverse grooves are used for clamping transverse steel wires on the outer side of the heat-insulation plate of a steel wire net rack; and the vertical grooves are used for clamping vertical steel wires on the outer side of the heat-insulation plate of the steel wire net rack.
