The invention discloses a pushing and moving window. The pushing and moving window comprises a rectangular inner window and a rectangular outer window; a screw hole is formed in the inner side (the frame on the side near a room) at the lower end of the mullion of the inner window; a plurality of parallel insertion holes are formed in the inner side (the frame on the side near the room) of the lower horizontal frame of the outer window; a braking device is arranged on the pushing and moving window, and comprises a screw nail and an L-shaped braking inserting rod; the screw nail and the L-shaped braking inserting rod are connected into a whole which can rotate freely and relatively through the lantern rings at the end parts of the screw nail and the L-shaped braking inserting rod; the screw nail can be connected and fixed with the screw hole of the inner window; the bending end of the braking inserting rod can be inserted into the insertion holes of the outer window; the inner window and the outer window are connected into a whole, and cannot move relatively; the goal that the window cannot be moved relatively is achieved. The pushing and moving window is simple in structure, easy to process and manufacture, convenient and practical, and relatively low in cost.
