Improvement process of cladded door plate
The invention discloses an improvement process of a cladded door plate. The cladded door plate comprises a base plate and four edge frames. The improvement process comprises the following steps: step 1, after chamfering the reverse side of the 45-degree splicing angle of each edge frame for 0.5mm*0.5mm by a chamfering machine, polishing to be smooth, and carrying out heat transfer printing; step 2, after scraping the front side of the 45-degree splicing angle of each edge frame for 0.5mm*0.5mm along the curve surface of an end opening, polishing to be smooth, and carrying out heat transfer printing; step 3, splicing the edge frames and fixing the edge frames on the base plate; after chamfering right-angle parts spliced by the edge frames for 0.5mm*0.5mm by the chamfering machine, polishing to be smooth, and carrying out heat transfer printing; step 4, cleaning circular-arc grooves which are scraped on the front sides of the 45-degree splicing angles of the edge frames along the curve surfaces of the end openings, and carrying out color complementing treatment, so that the color of the circular-arc grooves is the same as that of the periphery; step 5, carrying out oil paint protection treatment on the right-angle parts spliced by the edge frames and the spliced parts. The cladded door plate produced by the improvement process has the flat spliced parts, is attractive and is not easy to deform by collision.

The cladded door plate produced by the improvement process has the flat spliced parts, is attractive and is not easy to deform by collision.
