Thumb turn clutch structure
The present invention relates to a thumb turn clutch structure which is disposed in the inner side of the main body of a door lock which is operated by means of electrical authentication or manually so as to ensure the open or closed state of a door. The present invention includes: a main body which has an opening in the front thereof, wherein at least one groove is formed in the opening, and which is disposed on the inner side of the door; a pivoting unit in which a connection end is formed, wherein said connection end is placed on the inner side of the main body and is mounted on a position corresponding to the opening so as to drive the deadbolt of the door lock by a pivotal movement; a thumb turn knob mounted in front of the opening of the main body so as to pivot together with the pivoting unit in the opening, wherein a pair of exposing holes are formed in the front thereof; and a pressing unit configured to have first and second members, each of which are formed so as to be mounted in the thumb turn knob so as to be partially outwardly exposed through the exposing holes, which are connected via an elastic body, and which are provided with fixed steps accommodated in the groove of the main body by means of the elastic force of the elastic body.
