Concrete circulating-stirring continuous-pumping machine
The invention relates to a concrete circulating-stirring continuous-pumping machine which comprises a stander, a batch hopper, a feeding pipe, a stirring hopper, a circulating pipe and a delivery pipe, wherein the stirring hopper is a barrel-shaped body arranged on the stander, and the bottom of the stirring hopper is bell-mouthed; a stirring shaft and a stirring blade positioned on the stirring shaft are arranged in the stirring hopper; the feeding pipe is connected between the batch hopper and the stirring hopper, and the feeding pipe is internally provided with a screw conveyer which conveys raw material from the batch hopper into the stirring hopper; a discharge pipe communicated with the circulating pipe and the feeding pipe is arranged at the lower part of the stirring hopper; the upper end of the circulating pipe is communicated with the stirring hopper to realize the circulating stirring of a mixture; a two-way gate valve is arranged at the junction of the circulating pipe and the delivery pipe to realize the switching of a stirred material path between the circulating pipe and the delivery pipe; the circulating pipe and the delivery pipe are internally provided with screw conveyers; the screw conveyers positioned in the feeding pipe, the circulating pipe and the delivery pipe are all driven by respective power drivers; and the stirring shaft positioned in the stirring hopper is driven by the stirring driver. The concrete circulating-stirring continuous-pumping machine disclosed by the invention has the advantages of small size and compact structure, integrates the functions of blending, stirring, quality guarantee and delivery into a whole; in comparison with complete equipment, the concrete circulating-stirring continuous-pumping machine is capable of saving a large quantity of investments and has higher working efficiency improved by higher than 20%-30%.
