The invention discloses a concrete pumping self-stirring device and a mounting method thereof. Concrete output from a lower outlet of a concrete pump pipe enters a hollow cavity of an outer ring part through a through hole in the middle of a buckle fixing ring, and the concrete rotates a fan blade set through the gravity of the concrete, and the concrete is stirred by the fan blade set in the hollow cavity and then is output from the lower outlet of the outer ring part. According to the device, the fan blade set is pushed by utilizing the gravity of the concrete, so that the flowability of the concrete is increased, the flowability loss in the concrete pumping process is improved, and the pouring quality of the concrete is improved by increasing the flowability of the concrete.
