Method for preparing coal direct liquefaction residue modified asphalt mortar
The invention discloses a method for preparing coal direct liquefaction residue modified asphalt mortar. The method sequentially comprises the following steps: testing various performance indexes of coal direct liquefaction residues, matrix asphalt and limestone ore powder; adding of different addition quantities of coal direct liquefaction residues into the matrix asphalt, and preparing the modified asphalt; testing the various performance indexes of the modified asphalt, and determining the optimal addition amount of the coal direct liquefaction residues; adding the coal direct liquefaction residues in the optimal addition amount into the matrix asphalt, and preparing the modified asphalt; adding the limestone ore powder of different addition quantities into the modified asphalt, and preparing the modified asphalt mortar; testing the various performance indexes of the modified asphalt mortar, and determining the optimal addition amount of the limestone ore powder; and adding the coal direct liquefaction residues in the optimal addition amount and the limestone ore powder in the optimal addition amount into the matrix asphalt, thereby obtaining the coal direct liquefaction residue modified asphalt mortar. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple, easy to operate, low in energy consumption and low in cost.
