The invention discloses a manufacturing method of polyacrylonitrile fiber impermeable concrete, and relates to the field of concrete. Raw materials of the concrete comprise cement, sand, stones, coal ash, mineral residue, high-efficiency water reducing agents CT-D, polyacrylonitrile fibers and water, and in concrete mixed component per cubic meter, the concrete comprises the components in parts by mass: 225 kg of cement, 90 kg of coal ash, 70 kg of mineral residues, 765 kg of sand, 1000 kg of stones, 170 kg of water, 8.47 kg of water reducing agents and 0.9 kg of polyacrylonitrile fibers. The doped fibers of the concrete are large in initial modulus, high in tensile strength, high in acid-and-alkali resistance, high in corrosion resistance, high in dispersibility, high in oil absorbency, high in chemical performance and high in light resistance; the fiber concrete is high in peaceability, high in anti-permeability, stable in strength, high in anti-cracking property, and suitable for being used under various kinds of environments, and can guarantee that the surface of the concrete is not cracked for a long period.
