Grouting material for surrounding rock
The invention discloses a grouting material for surrounding rock, belonging to the technical field of constructional engineering. The grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of water glass, 20-80 parts of superfine cement, 1-60 parts of coal ash, 1-20 parts of clay, 1-15 parts of silica powder and 1-10 parts of calcium hydroxide. A small amount of silica powder and calcium hydroxide are added into the superfine cement, and fine spherical silica powder particles are easily filled among cement particles, so that the compactness of the set cement is improved, and the porosity is reduced; and moreover, active SiO2 in the silica powder can be hydrated with cement so as to release Ca(OH)2, CSH gel for producing Ca/Si is reacted, and the gel strength is higher than that of thick and porous Ca(OH)2 crystals, so that the strength of grout stones is further greatly improved, and a dual reinforcement effect is achieved. Meanwhile, a small amount of water glass is added, so that the gelling time of cement grout is shortened and controlled, and the stability and groutability are improved.
