The invention discloses high-efficiency energy-saving environment-friendly concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-95 parts of Portland cement, 20-25 parts of coal ash, 15-20 parts of iron ore powder, 6-7 parts of mushroom cultivation material, 2-4 parts of silicon carbide micro powder, 0.8-1.0 part of a titanate promoter, 8-10 parts of zirconium oxide, 1.3-1.5 parts of triethanolamine, 2-4 parts of light ceramisite, 4-6 parts of fine aggregate, 5-8 parts of calcium chloride, 2-4 parts of vanadium pentoxide, 0.6-0.8 part of lignocellulose, 0.3-0.4 part of sodium hexametaphosphate and a proper amount of water. According to the produced concrete, the coal ash, iron ore powder, mushroom cultivation material and other solid wastes are utilized, the environmental pollution is reduced, the energy is saved, and due to the modification treatment of the mushroom cultivation material, the bulk density, anti-permeability and compressive strength of the concrete are improved, so that the concrete disclosed by the invention is good in mortar heat insulation properties, safe and environment-friendly and does not have any toxic or side effect.
