The invention discloses energy-saving and environment-friendly concrete and a preparation method thereof. The energy-saving and environment-friendly concrete is prepared from the following components: water, cement, coarse aggregate, granite stone powder, fine aggregate, a composite fiber substance, a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, an expanding agent and a phase change compound, the phase change compound is prepared from the following raw materials: lauric acid, stearic acid, modified ardealite and m-amino methylamine; the composite fiber material is prepared from the following raw materials: graphite fiber, carboxymethyl chitosan, polyester fiber and magnesium chloride. The compressive strength and breaking strength of the concrete are improved, the pH value of the concrete is reduced, and the concrete adapts to plant growth.
