The invention discloses a method for fast preparing a mine tailing underground filling material. The method comprises the following steps of putting mine tailing, a filling base (comprising furnace slag micro-powder, steel slag micro-powder, red mud, fly ash, silica fume, waste gypsum, quicklime and solid sodium silicate) and water into a cement mortar mixer, carrying out mixing, pouring the uniform mixture into a plastic mold, putting the plastic mold into a microwave device with microwave frequency of 915-5800 MHZ, carrying out radiation at microwave output power of 80-800W for 5-30min, putting a test block into a maintenance case, and carrying out maintenance until desired age so that the mine tailing underground filling material satisfying filling requirements is obtained. The mine tailing underground filling material has a low cost, a fast curing rate and strength satisfying requirements on filling and mining under mine, solves the technical problem that the existing mining cementation filling material has a slow curing rate and a high filling cost, is suitable for filling various metal mines suitable for cemented filling mining and provides a novel feasible approach for resource utilization of industrial waste residue such as blast furnace slag, steel slag, fly ash and waste gypsum.
