The invention discloses a novel tailing cementitious material for metal mine full-tailing filling. The cementitious material is prepared from, by weight, 40%-70% of industrial waste residues or slag or mineral powder, 10%-40% of sulphoaluminate or Portland cement or clinker, 5%-25% of gypsum or lime, 5%-25% of coal ash and 0.1%-15% of a novel complexing agent. The cementitious material has the advantages that the filling body is high in early strength, stable in later strength, small in material consumption and large in tailing backfill amount; because the early strength of the filling body ishigh, the stope mining and filling alternating time is short, the production capacity efficiency is improved, and the filling cost is low; in addition, the material is non-toxic and harmless, waste residue resources are fully utilized, the filling cost is low, and economic, social and environmental benefits are remarkable.
