Technology for firing common bricks from fresh municipal domestic waste
The invention discloses a technology for firing common bricks from fresh municipal domestic waste. The technological process includes: 1. mixed waste sorting, 2. mud mixing, 3. green brick molding, 4. drying, and 5. roasting. The process is characterized in that the inorganic waste in the fresh waste is mixed with clay to obtain the mud material for green brick preparation; and organic matters are input into an incinerator beside a brick firing kiln to incinerate. The incineration generated hot flue gas and incompletely combusted gas are introduced into the brick kiln for sufficient combustion again, and the flue gas passes through layers of green brick in staggered stacking for purification and is then discharged into the atmosphere.
