Process for sintering common bricks by using fresh municipal domestic waste
The invention discloses a process for sintering common bricks by using fresh municipal domestic waste. The process comprises the steps of: I, sorting mixed waste; II, mixing mud; III, forming green bricks; IV, carrying out drying; and V, performing roasting. The process is characterized in that inorganic waste in the fresh waste is mixed into clay as mud for making the green bricks while organic substances are put into a burning furnace beside a brick kiln for being burnt. Hot flue gas and incompletely-burnt gas generated by burning are introduced into the brick kiln for being burnt again sufficiently; and the flue gas is purified by passing through a plurality of layers of staggered and stacked green bricks, and then is discharged into the atmosphere.
