High piezoelectric property ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high piezoelectric property ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The high piezoelectric property ceramic material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of zirconium dioxide, 20-25 parts of magnesium oxide, 2-3 parts of antimonous oxide, 2-3 parts of antimony mercaptide, 1-2 parts of silicon dioxide, 0.5-1 part of cobalt sulfate, 0.5-1 part of lead titanate and 0.05-0.5 part of potassium nitrite. The invention further provides the preparation method of the high piezoelectric property ceramic material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing 60-75 parts of zirconium dioxide, 20-25 parts of magnesium oxide, 2-3 parts of antimonous oxide, 2-3 parts of antimony mercaptide, 1-2 parts of silicon dioxide, 0.5-1 part of cobalt sulfate, 0.5-1 part of lead titanate and 0-1 part of copper and uniformly stirring at a high speed; and (2) sequentially adding 0.05-0.5 part of fully ball-milled potassium nitrite into the product obtained in the step 1, spraying and granulating, pressing and molding, and sintering for 2-3 hours at 1250-1280 DEG C to obtain the high piezoelectric property ceramic material.
