Preparation method of nano zirconia/glass complex-phase dental all-porcelain material
The invention discloses a nano zirconia/glass complex-phase dental all-porcelain material and a preparation method thereof. The nano zirconia/glass complex-phase dental comprises nano zirconia powder, basic fusion cake powder and an adhesive. The basic fusion cake powder comprises the following chemical components: 23-30 wt% of SiO2, 13-20 wt% of Al2O3, 8-12 wt% of K2O, 1-3 wt% of Na2O, 5-12 wt% of CaO, 0-2 wt% of BaO, 10-16 wt% of B2O3, 0-2 wt% of Li2O, 0-5 wt% of La2O3 and 8-16 wt% of P2O5. According to the dental all-porcelain material, the glass phase is introduced into the nano cubic zirconia powder, and is used for preparing the fusion cake by a high temperature melting-water quenching process; and the alkali metals and rare earth oxides are introduced to lower the melting point and enhance the glossiness. Therefore, the dental all-porcelain material has the advantages of lower sintering temperature, higher strength and higher fracture toughness; and the method is beneficial to enhancing the glossiness to approximate to natural teeth.
