The invention relates to rubber asphalt waterproof paint, a preparing process thereof and a construction method of the paint. A formula of the paint comprises following components by weight: 15% of 10# petroleum asphalt, 10% of 100# petroleum asphalt, 9% of SBS, 12% of EVA, 11% of chloroprene rubber, 40% of 93# gasoline and 3% of powder having a size of 80 meshes of a calcium salt of an acid. The paint is safe, environmental friendly, nontoxic, odorless, capable of all-whether construction and fully mechanized construction and good in toughness, has a self-repair function and can form a single or independent whole waterproof system. The internal structure of the waterproof system can be specially designed according to requirements, and the color of the system can be combined freely. The paint, the preparing method and the construction method have characteristics of high working efficiencies, fully mechanized construction, stable performance, rapid construction, largely increased working efficiencies and largely saved labor costs. The paint is long in service lifetime, and the guarantee period of the paint is more than 10 years. The paint is wide in application range, and suitable for various waterproof anticorrosion industrial and civil construction projects. The color can be determined freely. An environmental friendly waterproof roof garden will be provided in the later period.
