The invention discloses a construction method of an asphalt waterproof paint layer. The construction method comprises the step that construction is carried out by using an asphalt paint barrel, a barrel base, a coating device and a thermal insulation heating cabinet, wherein the bottom end of the asphalt paint barrel is provided with a through discharging opening, and the discharging opening is provided with a reverse bottom cover which can only be opened from outside to inside; the barrel base comprises a cavity capable of containing the asphalt paint barrel; the barrel base is provided witha top column and a discharge port; the barrel base is arranged on the coating device; and the discharge port is in butt joint with a feeding port of the coating device. The construction method of theasphalt waterproof paint layer comprises the following steps that 1, the thermal insulation heating cabinet heats multiple asphalt paint barrels as a whole; 2, constant-temperature heat preservation is carried out after heating; 3, the asphalt paint barrel is placed on the barrel base, and asphalt flows into the coating device; and 4, the coating device is started to construct the asphalt waterproof paint layer. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the heating efficiency is high, the safety of workers is guaranteed, the situation that a lot of waste gas is discharged and pollutes the environment is avoided, and the construction efficiency is high.
