The invention discloses a manufacturing method for radiation-preventing environment-friendly wallpaper. Tea tree branches cut off after tea garden construction and transplantation are used to prepare tea tree fiber, and the tea tree fiber is processed for preparing the wallpaper. The wallpaper is capable of absorbing indoor peculiar smell, formaldehyde and other harmful gases, and purifying air, and is natural and friendly to environment. Compared with the prior art, the wallpaper is added with a radiation-preventing layer in wallpaper in the prior art, and the radiation-preventing layer possesses the main effect of preventing electromagnetic radiation from damaging human, and the wallpaper has both radiation-preventing function and antistatic function. Also, the wallpaper is extremely abundant in raw material source and relatively low in cost, and has the advantages of being green, friendly to environment and good in air permeability.
