The invention relates to a track laying and transporting engineering truck, which comprises at least two frames (1), wherein the adjacent two frames (1) are connected with each other end to end; each frame (1) is connected with at least two groups of track wheels (2); the track laying and transporting engineering truck is characterized in that a, each frame (1) is provided with a pair of tracks (5), a group of longitudinal rack grooves (1a) is formed in the frame (1) at one end, and a rack (4) is connected with the inside of each rack groove (1a); b, a moving trolley comprises a mobile bottom frame (5), the mobile bottom frame (5) is provided with rolling wheels (11), and the rolling wheels (11) roll along the tracks (3) in a fit manner; c, a lifting assembly comprises a truss (12) which is connected with the frames (1), one end of the truss (12) extends outside the frames (1), the truss (12) is provided with a traveling crane track (12a), and the traveling crane track (12a) is provided with a traveling crane (14). After the technical scheme is adopted, the work efficiency is effectively improved; the cost is reduced; the labor intensity is effectively alleviated.
