The invention provides a construction method for a concrete pile. The operations of pore-forming, wall protecting, soil-squeezing, diameter expanding and pile construction are completed at one time, a formed special-shaped pile body can significantly improve the bearing capacity of unit volume concrete, and the improvement of work efficiency and the reduction of the cost are achieved. The construction method comprises the steps that an outer tube which is provided with an expanding support at the bottom end of the outer tube and an inner tube sink to a designed depth simultaneously; the expanding support expands outward to squeeze the surrounding soil to form a diameter-expanding pile hole; the outer tube and the inner tube are lifted up simultaneously while concrete mixtures are transported into the internal tube of the inner tube and filled into the diameter-expanding pile hole; the operations of transporting the concrete mixtures and lifting up the outer tube and the inner tube are conducted continuously till the outer tube and the inner tube are lifted out of the foundation surface simultaneously, a concrete pile body with a larger diameter is formed in the foundations, and the cross section of the concrete pile body is shaped like a special shape or a circle or a square.
