Construction method of concrete pile
According to the construction method of the concrete pile provided by the invention, the technical characteristic that the bearing capacity is improved by packing and compacting at the pile end is utilized, various devices can be used in the construction process, various materials are compatible, and the construction method is particularly suitable for engineering requirements of low underground water content and harder soil texture; the method comprises the following steps: 1) sinking a pile casing to a set depth in various ways, or directly forming a hole in a soil body; (2) filling coarse aggregate in batches, and ramming or extruding in a hammering or static pressure manner; (3) filling a set amount of coarse aggregate, and tamping or extruding; the construction method comprises the following steps of (1) filling fine aggregate in batches and tamping or extruding in a hammering or static pressure mode, (2) filling the fine aggregate in a set amount and tamping or extruding to reinforce and compact a soil body in a certain depth and within a certain range below a pile end, and (3) constructing a cast-in-place concrete pile body or a precast concrete pile body according to geological conditions and design requirements.
本发明提供一种混凝土桩的施工方法,利用在桩端填料挤密以提高承载力这一技术特性,在施工工艺中能使用多种设备、兼容多种材料,特别适用于地下水含量不高、土质较硬的工程需要,其步骤包括:1)可采用多种方式将护筒沉入至设定深度,或者直接在土体中成孔;2)分次填入粗骨料并利用锤击或者静压方式予以夯击或者挤压;3)将设定量的粗骨料填入并夯击或者挤压完毕;4)分次填入细骨料并利用锤击或者静压方式予以夯击或者挤压;5)将设定量的细骨料填入并夯击或者挤压完毕,使桩端下一定深度和范围内的土体被加固密实;6)根据地质条件和设计要求,进行现浇混凝土桩身或者预制混凝土桩身的施工。
