The invention discloses a sealer for sealing a grouting wellhead. The sealer comprises an upper cylinder body and a lower cylinder body, wherein the upper cylinder body and the lower cylinder body are each provided with an inner hole and are connected in a rotating mode. The inner hole of the lower cylinder body is internally transversely provided with a supporting plate with an inner hole. The supporting plate is provided with an elastic sealing body with an inner hole. The lower end of the upper cylinder body stretches into the inner hole of the lower cylinder body. The upper cylinder body is provided with a rotating handle and a side supporting pipe. A middle hole of the side supporting pipe is communicated with the inner hole of the lower cylinder body. The side supporting pipe is provided with a pressure gage and an overflow valve. By means of the sealer, the grouting wellhead can be totally sealed, concrete slurry is prevented from flowing backwards through the grouting wellhead in the pressurization grouting process, and waste of the concrete slurry is avoided; it is guaranteed that cement slurry is poured under the pressure required by the process, the packing character of the concrete slurry is improved, related seams are fully filled, and the strength of a grouting layer is improved; the overflow valve is arranged, when the pressure of the concrete slurry in the lower cylinder body exceeds the set value, the overflow valve is opened, redundant slurry is discharged, and the pressure value required by the process is maintained.
