The grouting construction technology comprises the following construction steps that S1, a ceramic tile floor is cleaned, and dust on the surfaces of ceramic tiles is removed in a sweeping or dust collection mode; s2, proportioning a reaction type crack sealer; s3, pouring the crack-sealer, directly pouring the stirred crack-sealer into the floor tile area needing to be subjected to crack pointing, and quickly spreading the crack-sealer to the area needing to be subjected to crack pointing; s4, filling with a crack sealer; s5, curing and polishing; and S6, removing the redundant crack sealer. Through a whole set of construction process, rapid and effective grouting and pointing can be carried out on the large-area ceramic tile ground, use of seam beautifying adhesive tape and an arc pointing pressing rod can be avoided, it can be guaranteed that the seam is completely filled, and meanwhile the pointing flatness can be guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种反应型勾缝剂的灌浆施工工艺,包括以下施工步骤:S1、清洁瓷砖地面,通过清扫或吸尘的方式去除瓷砖表面灰尘;S2、反应型勾缝剂配比;S3、倾倒勾缝剂,将搅拌好的勾缝剂直接倾倒在需要进行勾缝的地砖区域,并迅速将勾缝剂摊平在需要勾缝的区域;S4、勾缝剂填充;S5、固化打磨;S6、去除多余勾缝剂。本发明通过一整套的施工流程,可以对大面积的瓷砖地面,进行快速有效的灌浆勾缝,可以避免使用美缝胶带和圆弧的勾缝压杆,能保证缝隙完全被填满的同时还可以确保勾缝的平整度。
