The invention discloses a constant pressure water supply device of water preparing equipment for hemodialysis. The device comprises a secondary filtration device (1), a product water conveying pipeline (3) and a constant pressure pipeline (7), wherein the product water conveying pipeline (3) is provided with a valve A (2); the constant pressure pipeline (7) is provided with a valve B (6) and an automatic pressure adjusting valve (5); a valve B (6) is connected in parallel beside the automatic pressure adjusting valve (5); the two ends of the valve B (6) are communicated with the two ends of the automatic pressure adjusting valve (5) through water pipes. The device has the beneficial effects that the water pressure of the steady pressure pipeline can be adjusted through the automatic pressure adjusting valve so that water pressure conveyed in a hemodialysis machine is kept constant and adverse effects brought to the hemodialysis machine by water pressure change caused by previous equipment are avoided.
