The invention relates to an integrated house sound-insulation system. The integrated house sound-insulation system comprises an outer wall sound-insulation combination, an inner wall sound-insulation combination, a floor slab layer sound-insulation combination and a roof sound-insulation combination; the outer wall sound-insulation combination sequentially consists of an outer wall decoration plate, a lightweight composite wallboard, an outer wall body structure embedded filler and an inner wall decoration plate from outside to inside; the inner wall sound-insulation combination comprises inner wall body decoration plates which are arranged on both sides of an inner wall body structure surface, and an inner wall body structure embedded filler; the floor slab layer sound-insulation combination comprises a sound-absorption felt and a floor slab girder structure embedded filler which are arranged between a floor and a floor slab girder structure surface; the roof sound-insulation combination comprises a roof truss structure embedded filler. A construction method of the integrated house sound-insulation system comprises the following steps: sound-insulation construction of an outer wall body, sound-insulation construction of an inner wall body, sound-insulation construction of a floor slab layer and sound-insulation construction of a roof. According to the integrated house sound-insulation system disclosed by the invention, the sound insulation effect of the whole building is remarkably improved, the demands satisfied by a user are achieved, and practical values in the aspects of heat preservation and insulation, fire proofness, damp proofness and the like are manifested.
